Mission Statement

There are very serious differences in the explanation of the promises of Christ’s coming.  To some, it is plain as day and their belief that Jesus is coming speedily to take those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life, and that coming is their hope and their stay.

To others, loving their Bible and Saviour no less, the coming may mean nothing but the judgment day, —the solemn transition from present time to eternity, the close of history on earth, the beginning of heaven; and the thought of that manifestation of his Saviour’s glory.  This is no less his joy and his strength.

Ultimately, it is Jesus, His returning and Jesus taking us to Himself that is our primary objective.

We are all here for a reason.  It isn’t to merely exist.  We all have a purpose and we believe that purpose is to lead others to our precious Lord & Savior.  Are we not disciples?  Isn’t it our obligation as children of God, as brothers & sisters in Christ, to introduce and lead our fellow man to salvation?

We lift our hearts in praise to our Father, God, and to the one who gave His life for our sins, Jesus and the Holy Spirit!  Thank You Lord of all that is in the whole Church the sum and the center of its hope.

While we wait for Jesus’ coming let’s be praying, seeking forgiveness, and working for peace. Each day let us think of something we can do or say to show our love for others.

Especially during this time of chaos, we pray for Ukraine and for peace throughout the world.  Let us also try to share peace through the way we treat the people in our families, our schools, and our neighborhoods.
